Hi, I’m Rachel Henderson.  I am the Principal Broker of Henderson Real Estate, LLC in St George, Utah.
 
I have been a licensed Utah Realtor since 2010 and have helped hundreds of clients in the St George area with their real estate needs.  For the last several years, have stayed in the top 5% of Realtors in Washington County for the number of transactions closed yearly. 
 
As a native of St. George, I love the beautiful sunshine and red rocks surrounding our area, from Snow Canyon State Park to Zion National Park. St. George is an active outdoor community and a great place to hike, bike, boat, and golf. It ranks as the fifth fastest-growing metropolitan area (in percentage growth) in the United States.
 
A large part of my clientele are family, friends, or referrals. I never want my clients to feel like they are just another sale. I truly care about my clients needs and do my best to ensure that they have an enjoyable real estate experience. I love seeing the joy in their faces when they find the right home or close on a sale.
